RAM Timings

I'm sorry people, I'm fairly sure this type of question gets answered often, but I can't seem to find a direct answer to the question I now have. Here goes:
I have a 256MB PC2100 stick of Crucial DDR memory. I'm testing it out with a somewhat non-user friendly motherboard (unlike the Abit motherboards with their Turbo, Fast, Normal or whatever mem timings.) Anyways, I don't want to run the stick at CAS2.5 and all those lame settings. For maximum performance I want to tweak the RAM timings, however, I'm not too sure about four of the settings. Can somebody please let me know what the MOST AGGRESSIVE RAM timings are for the following settings, and when/if it applies, which ones you've gotten to work with your Crucial PC2100 stick? Thanks in advance. I'm not posting system specs because I'm not looking for a specific motherboard-related answer, just a general answer about which timings are most aggressive is all.

- Precharge to Active (Trp)
- Active to Precharge (Tras)
- Active to CMD (Trcd)
- DRAM Command Rate (Options such as '2T Command' are available)

It depends on your mobo as different companies implement slightly different schemes sometimes, so I suggest doing a google search on overclocking your board and it'll turn up reviews that will include info like the highest performance memory settings for your board.

Thanks for the tip. I wasn't asking it for the specific board I have because it is generic. I've noticed that EpoX boards have the same RAM timing settings, so that's why I asked for a 'generic' answer. Thanks anyways.
