Ram timing, need some detailed advice for DFI Lanparty

I have PC3200 2-2-2-5-T1 ram and I would like to try to get my max overclock out of it.

To keep things simple I want to try to get the highest mhz while trying to maintain a 2-2-2-6 value on the ram. I would be happy to hit 230mhz at this speed, and that is my goal. (That would give me a 2.5ghz chip at 11x mult).

If need be I will back off the timings a little bit to hit 230. Problem is, I cant tell in the DFI LanParty NF3 250Gb BIOS which settings are which..

Also, I am willing to lower the multiplier of my cpu to try to go above 230 if you think that is better than maintaining 2-2-2-6.

Looks like TCCD or Ballistix--you should have no problems running 1:1 up to quite high speeds (though you may not be able to get 2-2-2-5). I'd go ahead and loosen timings if you need to, though. They don't make much of a difference at all, in general, though I believe Zebo's experiment found that the Ballistix at 2-2-2-5 running asynchronously on a 939 setup was a bit better than TCCD at 1:1. I would not decrease the multiplier, because you'll have about the same performance but have to go to a higher HTT.
