Ram timing for my rig

I'm trying to figure out what the best RAM timing would be for my ram. I have Corsair XMS PC3200 CL2 ram. I am running an athlong X2 4400 with the MSI platinum SLI board. I'm not interested in overclocking my ram. Just looking for the best timings to run on the board.
