Hi guys in my bios it shows it at 1600Mhz but in cpuz it shows 800mhz. am i looking at this wrong or?

800mHz is your base speed. That's on a multiplier of 2, hence 1600

Excuse me, I believe I made an error. Your RAM speed is 800mhz which is standard, however since it moves 2 bits of data per cycle it's rated at 1600 which is standard.
 
Its DDR memory which stands for double data rate, so you multiply it by 2. You will notice the same thing with your graphics card memory if you use a program like precision.
