RAM selection..

Help me choose. I only have roughly $100 for 1GB. I would like a single 1GB stick so I can upgrade to 2GB later. I really really like G SKill, but I'm not sure which stick to choose. I have an Opteron, so I will be overclocking.

i know OCZ works with DFI. are you sure g.skill does too? if it does, why don't you just get the fastest they have to offer at under $100?

Check dfi-street. The G.Skill HZ sticks look like pretty good overclockers. I have OCZ Platinum (2x1GB), they won't go past 230.

Yeah, I've been looking into OCZ.

Here's my system:

DFI Lanparty Ultra-D (coming soon, everything else I already have)
Opteron 148
eVGA 7800GT
WD 160GB
Antec SP 500W
