RAM question

OK so I know that the tighter RAM timings you use the better (or is that a huge generalisation ?) but heres a couple of questions :

1) my Corsair RAM (in Sig) is rated at 5-5-5-15 at 400MHz and obviously as I'm running below that I can tighten them up..... currently I have them at 4-4-4-13..... do the first 3 settings (ie 4-4-4) need to be the same ?

2) does anyone have the same Corsair RAM as me know how roughly tight I can get my timings ? (bearing in mind of course sticks do vary and I will be using trial and error to ascertain myself)

Cheers

Remember there is a point at which you can lower the speed so far that the tighter timings you get from the lower speed are not worth it. Don't just lower timings to lower timings.

I don't think the first 3 have to be the same, but most of the DDR2 I have seen have it that way so it might be the best way.

Odds are, either way you arn't seeing much of a performance difference.
