RAM Question

I am running Corsair Value Select 1gb x2 modules rated at 667mhz and Geil 512mb x1 module rated at the next speed below (533mhz) i think.

What are the implications of this setup? Will the faster modules clock back?
If they do clock back, is it better to have 2gb at 667mhz or 2.5gb RAM at 533Mhz?

clock back unless you really think you can push the 533mhz ram to 667 or find some kind of median.

They will clock back.

The thing that will be cutting away performance isn't the speed, it is that with the extra stick, you will not be able to run dual channel.

Ditch the Geil.
