Ram question

I am looking at getting the ASRock Penryn1600 board(had a 939 based ASRock board before and loved it), and a E8400. I am wondering though, what would be better for overclocking. Getting 2gigs of 1066mhz DDR2(and later upgrading to 4gigs 1066) or 4gigs of 800mhz DDR2. I plan on using vista ultimate 64bit and I am going to be playing COD4/Source engine games.. I have already played crysis and it did nothing for me. I am on a strict budget.. here is the memory I am looking at.

4 GB.

Assuming budget needing to be nice n tight, don't worry about getting the DDR2-1000 G.Skill, since that mobo won't likely reach 500 MHz 1:1 anyway.
