RAM problems

When running games or 3dMark my computer (build a week ago) randomly freezes or restarts. I figured it could be my processor voltage, so I raised that a bit, and no avail. I thought it may be my video card, but I then ran Memtest86 and at 35% through the first pass I had 36 errors. I just stopped it since I knew enough to know that the ram is most likely my problem. What should I do, or could there be another problem?

My ram is Kingmax Pc3500.

What voltage is the memory being run at? Maybe post your full system specs too.

Let's see. You're overclocking and suffering stability problems. How about not overclocking?

Nice rig. Lock your RAM to the CPU's frontside bus so it runs at DDR333/PC2700 speed or whatever bus speed you may pick on the CPU. This is optimal even though it results in the memory running below its rated speed (right now it's probably doing PC3200 speeds and therefore is out-of-sync with the CPU). Also kick the memory voltage up to 2.7V perhaps. Nice rig, looks like it has potential :D
