Ram prices?? Up or down?

I'm trying to decide whether to buy more DDR now or wait until June... Do you think the RAM prices will continue to climb, or are they expected to drop back down by June? If anyone has any predictions about the prices or any reccommendations about when I should buy them, please share. 🙂
 
According to eWeek (Enterprise weekly) and a few other pubs my work sends to my home the prices will continue to rise. Since there are only a few manufactors actually making RAM anymore, and they are no long battling eachother but have formed an alliance together, you can expect them to continue to drive prices up.

now that intel is backing DDR demand is way way way up

with the success of the 845 chipset as well as AMD chipsets than i dont foresee a drop anytime soon

 
Ok, I will hopefully buy the DDR soon, since I can't risk the price going up much more.

And another question, I am probably going to get an Athlon Thoroughbred processor when they come out... would it be worth the extra cash to buy PC2700 DDR333 ram along with a KT333 chipset motherboard, or should I just stick with PC2100 DDR and the KT266a chipset?
