It depends on the particular ram, voltages, and process tech.

I believe samsung and crucial have posted data on their usage (atleast targetting servers).
Samsung's "magic mem" 30nm class stuff brought a big reduction (percentage wise atleast), so they marketed it a bit as a selling point if you look around. I realised it was a pretty vague question but was just looking for something ballpark.
Someone else wrote that it was probably about 3W per DIMM although that was just a forum post with no link to any datasheets.
why would you care about power unless its on a laptop ? I mean yeah picking a psu for it but I think your video card will use more power than a few sticks of memory.
Either way, a few sticks wont add up to 100w light bulb
