ram performance

i have 4x 512 of pc3200 patriot ram (dual channel) and when i run cpuz or when i go into my bios it says its running at 159.9 mhz fsb😀ram 5:4 cas latency 2.0 clocks ras to cas delay 3 ras precharge 3 and cycle time 7 why is it running so slowly? any ideas

I think most board can't run full speed using 4 slots... someone can confirm this..
