RAM overclocking: what test do you use and how long do you run it

I ususally run Memtest86+..newest version I have is 1.70

I generally like to get 50 passes on test 5....run several hrs on full test..like 10 full passes

I also recently found win memtest...

ran it for 1000% ~4hrs

Of course I run Prime 95 v251 blend for 8-24hrs..then 3Dmark 03/05/06

what do use..why and how long, which tests?

Orthos blend test is really all you need, besides MemTest (the DOS version).
