I'm setting my RAM to 4-4-4-12 @2.0V in the BIOS (IP35-E), but what about the other configuration options. They are set to AUTO as of now, do I need to change them? (tRFC, tWR, tWTR, tRRD, tRTP)
 
It's better not to mess with those. Even if you tweak them, it won't give any real performance increase. Actually not even better timings will not give you anything that you can see in real world applications, only in synthetic benchmarks like Sisoft Sandra.
