RAM Overclocking issues

Yes, this post could also be in the OCZ support thread, but I figured I'd post it outright in case others were having issues OCing DDR2 on their new AM2 systems.

Basically, right after I OC'd my CPU, I overclocked my RAM to DDR2-760 (only 4 dividers with new BIOS) at the stock 1.8V. Booted windows, but wouldn't do SuperPi 1M. Then I upped the voltage to 1.95 and tried again. Ran SuperPi fine. But at that time I was worried about the Northbridge on my MB overheating, so I left the RAM at DDR2-600. Recently I have been monitoring system temps, and they have been very good because of my high CFM fans (80 CFM intake, 70 exhaust, AC Freezer-41C CPU at load, GPU in the 50s at load). So I decided to OC my RAM again. Tried DDR2-765 at 1.95V. Ran 3 hours of Memtest and decided to up the voltage to 2V just to make sure. Passed 4 more hours of Memtest. Then when I boot windows I get random reboots all of a sudden. I set RAM speed back to DDR2-600 and get same reboots. I had to reset CMOS and adjust everything back for the reboots to stop. Is there something I should do to make my RAM more stable?
