I am wondering for the second value (768MB) does the 16M*4 imply that it is ECC ram? Thank you, Ryan

There's an AT FAQ about high density memory. ECC and parity memory use multiples of 9, because it uses 1 extra bit per byte. Normal memory is multiples of 8.
