Configure SDRAM TIMING by SPD= disable or enable?

IF disabled :
Page Idle Time= 8cycles defualt (keep it or change?)
Precharge Time=2cycles (keep it or change?)
RAS Active Time=5cycles (keep or change?)
Cas Latency 2cycles (keep or change?)
RAS-to-CAS 2cycles (keep or change?)

What would be best performence?
