I finished building a new PC and everything was going well until, (In General Hardware Section - Lesson's Learned)
PSU - 750W
GPU - AMD 6950 2GB @stock
CPU - i7 2600K @stock
MBR - Asus P8Z68-V Pro Gen 3
Mem - 4X4 (16 GB) Corsair LP DDR3 1600 RAM - XMP on
while playing Crysis, the system BSOD with a memory dump and Rebooted. Crashed again in windows, and I think booted into safe mode which again crashed. Now the computer won't boot.... until I took out 2 sticks of Memory. System will boot with 8 GBs only, and only 2 of the sticks work that way, with the other two (in the same working slots) the system won't boot at all.
To me this sounds like the RAM is the issue.
Any thoughts on resolution... VCCIO seetings? DRAM Voltage? New RAM?
Appreciate any suggestions... thanks
Any thought or suggestions?
