RAM Instruments? Company website?

My roomate just recently bought a watch off of www.knifesite.com and has had it for 35-40 days and the second hand just recently completely broke off and is floating inside the watch. He took care of it and did not drop it at all. Unfortunately www.knifesite.com only give him a 30 day warranty, so we thought we would write the company to tell them about this poorly crafted product. We are having trouble locating the company website to get the address. Anyone bought a product made by RAM Instuments?

Thanks for reading,
Stu

I'm sure he either used his credit card or check card. Do some CC companies offer something to protect against this sort of thing?

Many (but certainly not all) credit cards give free extended warranties. Few (if any) debit cards/check cards do that. One more reason NEVER to use a debit card/check card.

Other than that, he got what he paid for. He got a watch with a 30 day warranty. They honored it. Any company that only gives 30 day warranties should be suspect. Your roommate may be lucky by contacting them, but don't count on it.

All right, I think he used his debit card. Just was thinking that we could maybe write a nasty letter to the manufacturer just to give us a little closure. Anyways, thanks for your input.
