Just curious, 'cos the really *good* ram is almost 2x as much as the value ram.... wondering if the performance gain is impressive.
Also, on a side note, my wife's laptop has 768MB ram and my machine has 1gb of ram, hers has a standard 5400 rpm laptop hdd, mine has a 7200 rpm drive. When her system comes out of hibernate it takes less than 1/2 the time as mine to come out of hibernate. is this because of better memory performance (she has 533 DDR2 and i have 400 DDR)? my hiberfil.sys is not fragmented and it's around the begining of the drive so it shoujld be giving good perf.
