My kingston rams running at 200MHz but it should run faster. Is 200MHz slow and is there anyway to increase that? I have 1gig ram,7200rpm 8mb cache sata harddrive, pci-e x700pro overclocked to 486/555, pentium 4 630 3Hz 800MHz FSB 2MB L2 cache and a intel D915GAG mobo.

Yes, you can overclock the RAM speed by overclocking the front side buss, which will also increase the CPU speed while you are at it.

You can also try lowering your RAM timings. If you get the dreaded Beep noise, you reset the CMOS and start over.

I cant overclock from my bios because i have a intel mobo. I only have 3 sticks of ram so should it be higher? And is 200MHz slow?

Nope, and having three sticks of RAM slows things down compared to having it all on two sticks.
