RAM For Gaming

I know lots of people have asked what kind of ram you should get for the Athlon 64, but I am curious of a more specific topic. Does high memory bandwidth help gaming much at all??? Also, along with that, does a divider hurt gaming at all??? Those are two questions that are pretty important for someone looking to OC a 3000+ for gaming, and could save a guy like me 70-100 bucks as well.

Thanks,
Mr. Jorge

you'll want a 1:1 fsb ratio. so it depends on where you plan on OC to, ive seen some people say they can get value ram up to 220 fsb, so thats about (220x10) for your cpu. if you plan to oc any higher then value ram wont cut it. i bought the Low latency from ZZF for 222 AR. i read reviews of where people got the fsb up to 260 with 2-3-3-7 timing, soo im gunna push these puppies to the limit. 260x10=2.6 stock at 1.8 (*drool)

but you have to think about if the extra 5-10 fps is worth it. maybe now it wont be but when newer games come out and you only get 40 fps, the extra ummph will help.
