RAM compatiblility question.

I used Digiworks ??? DDR2 2G PC2-5300 Gold ?? (1Gx2). One is fried.

Can I keep using the other and use

Digiworks ??? DDR2 2G PC2-5300
DDR2 / PC? / Dimm / 2GB / 667MHz / in another slot?

And could I use two of those 2gb chips plus the 1 1gb I've got all together? I tried to rtfm but I'm not smart.
