RAM Compatibility

Just a quick question. I've been reading a lot about AM2 mbs, and plan to buy one pretty soon, but I'm wondering if I'll need to buy new ram at the same time or not. I currently have 1gb PC3200 in my box, and I know that the AM2 boards (I'm currently looking at the Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe) take DDR2 ram, but will PC3200 work with them? At least until I can get the DDR2 800 ram that I want eventually? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

You must ditch your entire set of ram for a new standard of ram that has little, if any improvements in performance.

Why? Because the new CPU sockets require it and companies like to squeeze a rock for as much blood as possible. ^_^

Enjoy.
