Ram Compatibility Problems

I just purchased a new stick of Corsair ValueSelect 1GB (http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16820145505 ) to go along with my old Corsair Value Select 1GB (2x512) (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145440 ). That would give me 1x1GB and 2x512MB for a grand total of 2GB. This is being put into an MSI K8T Neo-FSR with a Athlon 64 3400. The problem is when I put in all 3 sticks of ram, I get 3 long beeps over and over. Using just the 1 stick of 1GB works fine, and using the 2 sticks of 512MB works fine, but together they don't. Could the problem have to do with the CAS Latency? The 2x512 are 2.5 and the 1x1GB is 3, and I didn't notice that when I ordered them. I saw there is a way to set the CAS Latency in the BIOS, it is currently set at Auto. I've tried it at 3, and it also didn't work. Is there anything I can do about this, or am I going to have to buy another stick of the 1GB to get my desired 2GB? Any ideas or suggestions are much appreciated!!

Have you tried with on the the 512mb sticks and the 1gig stick? Did you try putting the 1gig stick in slot 1, and the 2x512mb sticks in slots 2 and 3? Also, if all 3 sticks are double sided, you need to set your memory to run at 333mhz. Here, this shows what memory configurations are allowed.
