Ram and OC'ing

I am trying to squeeze every bit of life out of my Celery 333 and am overclocking at 415 and want to go to 500. I heard that RAM can be a limitation. How do I find out what kind of RAM and what It can do? Any utilities out there like wcpuid except for memory?
