As many of you may know, I was in an accident last week when some chick with no insurance rear-ended my jeep. The impact actually totalled the Jeep Cherokee because her little honda was doing 35-40mph and she really bent the frame.

I need you all to rally for me because I'm waiting for the claims adjuster to call me with a payoff quote or average value for my vehicle. My maximum coverage under damages like this is only $10,000, but the retail on my jeep is $9710. I just hope she goes high rather than low on the numbers because I don't want to lose anymore money than I already am on this whole occurance. So please.....PRAY to whoever you pray to for me. Thanks!

I just told my gf that they called me on the phone and told me they could only give me $3400 because apparently there's a dent in the back of my jeep. She said, "WHAT????" lol....I like messing with her.

You are asking for good kharma after that??!?!?!

I am in a similar situation right now (acutally an under-insured person hit me). I am very thankful for uninsured motorist insurance though.

Usually you file it under your uninsured motorist coverage and let them pursue the legal hassle.
