*interesting note: It really doesn't rain all that much in Seattle (~38 in/yr). New York, for example, gets more rain at 47 in/yr. It IS cloudy all the time, though. About 300 days a year, baby...

It does suck to drive in, though. Especially with all the southern California drivers who, for whatever reason, go crazy at the first drop of rain on the road.
