Yes, it would. It has 54A on the +12V and it's actually capable of putting it all out continuously, it's a good quality unit.
 
Yes, that's a good PSU. I have that same one powering my 2nd gamer. It's an i7-875K/HD 7870 OC CFX system. The i7 is O/C'd.
