Does anyone recommend the Raidmax Scorpio or should I go with somethings else? System Specs will be AMD Athlon XP 2800+, Gigabyte GA-7N400-L1 Motherboard, ATI Radeon 9600XT, 1 Gig Corsair PC3200 RAM, Seagate 80Gig HD
Raidmax generally are made of flimsy metal and packaged poorly. Which results in an unusual number of claims for shipping damage. And the PSUs they ship with are usually junk. Unless your vendor will double-box it or you can go to their dock for a local pick up (still check for damage before you carry it off, stay away.

Second on the cheap packaging and the flimsy metal.
However, cheap is cheap. If you are building a file server, a second computer that will be sitting below a desk all its life or not being shown off to anyone......then they are alright.
Your choice, the metal is indeed flimsy, but I had no complaints about the packaging. Lotsa room, a dead simple mod for a 120mm fan blowing onto the HDD's and somewhat attractive for the price. I think it is a good case 🙂
