Like a scene from a Terry Gilliam movie....They issue a refund check for the door, but another SNAFU prevents it from being mailed and one corporate drone goes through hell to get it to her...

The same thing happened to a student at my school last year, but the NOPD didn't offer to buy her a new door, nor did they apologize in any manner.
