RAID5 Question. different speed drives in a RAID5

I had a 73GB drive in a RAID5 go bad in one of my servers. I found another drive out of another server that i would like to use, but the new drive is 15K rpm where as the two existing drives are 10K rpm. drive sizes are the same, will this work?
