RAID

I have recently Built a 1Ghz AMD with
a ASUS A7V133 which has the RAID option.
and I also use the GFORCE Ultra, now the Question is, would there be a significant increase in frame rates if I set my computer up in RAID configuration

What hard drive are you using right now? I have moved from a Maxtor 8gb hard drive to 2 Seagate 15.3gb 5400rpm ata66 hdrives in raid0 and I have not noticed any difference in frame rates. The load times are faster though.

RAID will only speed up data transfers from the hard drive. So, unless you are getting massive data transfers during the games you play, it is very unlikely you would see an increase in frame rate with a RAID system.

Loading of programs and transfer of large amounts of data will be however sped up with a RAID striping array.

unless maybe you have a small amount of ram and are constantly swapping to hd, you shouldnt see ANY at all increase in framerates.. but if thats the case i think you should invest in ram and not raid.. jus my opinion.. you can get more info on raid at www.storagereview.com
