Raid setup -- Which SATA connectors

Hey all, setting up a new computer for my wife and want to do my first RAID setup.

The motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 which has 6 SATA connectors. 2 are controlled by gigabyte SATA2 and 4 are controlled by Intel ICH8 controller. Any difference between them? Which do I want my HDs plugged into?

Thanks!

Ok, thanks, yo! 🙂

Next stupid question (I love how you know how to do something AFTER you've done it once). I setup the raid in the raid bios. Now can I just install away with Vista, or do I need to install drivers first? (I don't have a floppy on the new system, though I could install one temporarily if necessary).

Thanks!
