Raid Question

I am rebuilding an ftp/web/setiqueue server that died and have a question regarding raid. If I have a system with an Epox board (not sure of the model) and it has 2 sata drives in raid0 for data, and I move that to another Epox board an 8HDA5+, will it mess up the array at all?
 
If you were interested in fault tolerance, you would have defined the drives as RAID1 (mirror) ... and you would not have this quandry ...

I am not too concerned with fault tolerance.... the files are just ripped dvd's. I can rip them again, I just didn't want to have to go through the trouble. I will take a crack at it and see how it goes. If it doesnt work, then I take a weekend and rip my dvd's again.
