Raid question

I know with RAID you must have both drives the same size, but do both drives have to have the same cache size?

They don't have to be the same cache size, but it would be ideal.

They don't actually have to be the same size, but you'll be limited to the lowest common drive size. Though, again, ideally, you want all identical drives.
