RAID Question - Cache differences?

I have two 120 GB Western Digital hard drives. However, one has a 2 MB cache and the other has an 8 MB cache. Will these differences cause problems if I do a RAID0 setup?
 
There recommened to be the same drives, model, size etc. I don't think that will cause any problems. I have 2 120gxp's in RAID 0, but they are both 60gigers same model etc.

I think you can get away with that setup though. I'd kinda be uneasy about it unless it was Raid 1
