Raid, IEEE 1394, and Multimedia Controller

I swapped out a Sapphire x600 xt for an Asus 1950 pro and reseated my tv tuner card and now every time I reboot, I get prompted that new hardware was found and that drivers for the aforementioned "OTHER" devices need to be installed. I have reinstalled, updated, uninstalled and reinstalled in device manager, to no avail. Every time I try to do it I get "Software for this device cannot be installed". Everything worked fine with the old video card. Did I possibly break something while swapping? Win XP MCE won't even recognize my ATI TV Wonder Elite card anymore. I am not sure if that is due to the multimmedia controller problem or I need to reseat it.

Any help on this would be great.
