I was wondering if there are any performace differences when putting a 36 and 74 Raptor on raid 0 compared to two 74 Gig Raptors on raid 0. Thanks in advance.

You shouldn't put different drives in RAID, it'll make you loose 38Gb of the 74 Gb drive
