This is my first time setting up a RAID array so this may be a dumb question but here goes.
Setup: 1 HD with WinXP installed, and 2 IBM Deskstar 40GB on RAID channel 1 as Master/Slave on a Epox 8k9a2+ (High Point RAID).
I installed the latest drivers for the RAID controler (HPT372-driver) and the latest Admin GUI (HPT372-gui) from the Epox website.
Now everything installs fine and I am able to configure a RAID-0 array using the GUI (or the RAID bios on boot) and I can see the array in the GUI but not in WinXP. I did reboot after configuring the array. Both IBMs were reformated NTFS before configuring the array. I have the original High Point driver disk and another disk labled "Silicon Image - Host Adapter Device Driver" but I'm not sure what it is used for.
So my question is, How do I access the RAID array from WinXP?
TIA.
