RAID 2 directorys?

I have 2 hard drives and do not want to RAID them totally. One runs win2k and one is 98SE. I have some files and directories that I want to be the same no matter what OS I boot to. I know I can still see the 98SE HD when in Win2k ... But when I download something I don't want to have to copy it to both.

Is there any way to "RAID" only a few directories?

Just dual boot,and save a headache or two.

I do Dual boot .... but I have stuff on the Win98 Drive that I want to use on the 2k drive.
