I have 2 disks that were in RAID-1 (mirroring).
I disconnected the 2 disks from power, reformatted the computer, and now want to re-establish the RAID-1 array.
If I do the following, will I get the RAID-1 array functioning again with NO loss of data?:
1. Turn off computer.
2. Re-enable the SATA RAID chip in BIOS.
3. Turn on computer.
4. Install Intel Application Accelerator RAID Edition.
5. Turn off computer.
3. Connect 2 disks back to power.
4. Turn on computer.
5. Re-establish RAID-1 array using Intel Application Accelerator RAID Edition.
