setup : 4 hdds in raid 0 with a 4 port controller based around a marvel chip

issue.. while nothing has changed.. for some reason, 1 drive is now listed as unconfigured.. i didnt change anything, and seems to have happened over night, ie, shut off comp to sleep.. wake up.. and this happened...

is there away to fix this ? to re add the drive to the array, or am i hooped as far as the data goes ?

and yes i understand the risks with raid, and with raid 0 specifically, i needed speed, not redundancy, thats what my 5 bay nas in raid 5 is for :)

typically you want a 2 drive RAID 0 array or a RAID 5 or RAID 10 for more than two drives.

sorry hans.. not what i asked :)

i asked if there was a way to get the drive that currently has the status of " unconfigured " and add it back to the 4 drive array...
i need the speed more then raid 0 or raid 5.. hence the 4 drive raid zero, i have a 5 drive NAS that is raid 5 :)
