RAID 0 Question

I have 1 Maxtor 80GB 7200 8MB cache and 80GB western digital 8MB cache,

would it be a problem if i raid these 2 together?

I have another maxtor 80GB 7200 but with only 2 MB of cache.

What two drives should i use to do raid 0?

I have 2 different 10 BG HDD maxtor and western digital. They are on RAID and happy with each other.
I think your HDD should work fine.

Keeping the 8mb cache drives together is advisable. Matching RPM is important. Though differences in both drive's cache speed and write capabilities could possibly cause issues. It should work, ide raid tends not to be quite as fussy as scsi.
