RAID 0 and Striping

Hi, im new to RAID and am wondering what would be the best stripe size/block size for a primarily gaming system with some video editing/compressing large files on the side. thx

You might want to dig around and see if you can find Anandtech's
aritcles on RAID from a while back. They tested different stripe sizes.
If I remember right, they said most of the onboard solutions didn't give
you a whole lot of choice, so they said to set it to the largest stripe size.
Which was 64 kb if I remember right.
