I have a quick question for you guys and gals. I am planning on setting up a raid 1 for my pc. I currently have a 80gig and a 250 installed on my pc. Here is my question. Since initially I didnt plan on installing a RAID I have since put stuff on both drives. Is there away that I can set up a RAID 1 on the first 80 gig of hd space and partition the thre rest of the 250. Or should I just buy a new 250 and start from scratch thanks.

The other ? what I would rather do is set u a raid 0 with the 80 gig then use the rest as a partition for a back up is that possible thanks

Nada, not unless you want to say goodbye to the rest of the space on that 250gb drive.

You'll need another 250gb drive - preferably the same make/model.
