Rage Fury Pro

Does anyone has any experience with ATI Rage Fury PRO in Win2k. Whenever I use video in it seem to give me trouble. I quit the program and the sound doesn't stop. or some time it hangs and i kill the process and Win2k crashes in 2 secs.I uninstalled it and it screwed up the registry and i had to reinstall every thing. Happens only with video in i.e. when i play my VCR. Any idea?

Actually I did. But I could not even use video-in at all in Win2K. So I thought it's beta driver's problem. Now I put this card into a Win98SE box. Had the same problem. ATI's web provides no help, so I just searched news group. Now I learned that shared IRQ does have problem, even Windows claims it's OK and insists to share some while there are still free IRQs! I cannot even change IRQ by myself. The only way to solve it seems to move the PCI card around, and hope Windows will leave my video card alone.

It works in my Win98se, and I guess it might help in Win2K also. I just don't want to format my HD again.🙁
