Has anyone tried installing an ATI Rage Fury MAXX in an ASUS P3V4X? I've installed the latest BIOS and drivers, but AGP support/texturing is "not available" in DirectX diagnostics and other 3D tests. I've tried almost every possible tweak in the BIOS I could think of and reformatted about 8 times. The only thing I haven't done is manually set IRQ's. It installed with absolutely no problems or hangups in an ASUS MEZ-VM (Intel 440 BX). The main reason I got this card was a good buy, but I'm seriously regretting it now.

I spent about 2 hours with tech support trying to fix the card. NO go with the p3v4x. If I can remember correctly it was almost stable in 16bit color but would lock up after a couple of seconds in 32bit color.

I've had the same problems with my P3V4X and Maxx. Only found one setting (30mhz bus) stable with it. At least I have a CeleronII so I do get the overclock...
