Rage was cool, but after a while it's like, "what the fuck are you mad at now"?

Yea, that sums it up. A few killer songs that are perfect for that certain mood, but you can't go around like that all day.

And ok, nothing wrong with Tupac. But who's been doing it long enough to really be considered a contender for the best? Yea, some hang around but who has been putting out hits over a long time? Short careers.

it's harder to be an angry black guy if you're mexican. that's all i'm saying.

radiohead is extremely overrated.

They may be overrated, but they're still better than RATM. Every Rage song was the same. Doesnt mean I didn't enjoy their music though.

radiohead is extremely overrated.

You can not put out one of the greatest albums of all time and be extremely overrated. I like a bunch of songs off of Pablo Honey, The Bends, Kid-A, Amnesiac, etc. but I do not like even more off of those, however OK Computer was pure genius start to finish.

Also, glad to see someone said Tool. /Thread.

I saw Street Sweeper Social Club when they opened for Nine Inch Nails. Great show.

Any RATM fan would enjoy SSSC to some extent imo.

Remember seeing rage when they were just an opening band. So powerful back then, not so much anymore.

ratm = repetitious power chords

I prefer stuff with a melody also with guitar athletes thrown in.

Jimi Hendrix
Led Zeppelin
Deep Purple
Black Sabbath
Johnny Winter
SRV
etc.
