Radlinker Question

Just want to make sure I understand this correctly....

I can't see any real reason for my card to be OC'd when not gaming so I'm trying to enshure that it only OC's when a game launches.

Using radlinker, if I set my card to back to it's default clocks, then individually right click all of my game shortcuts, select "custom settings" and then apply the desired OC, is that it? Can it really be that simple or am I missing something? I know there is some other method which involves making a new shortcut so thats what has me wondering.....

Also, is there any compelling reason to leave it OC'd ALL the time?

Sorry for such noob questions but ya gotta start somewhere right?

Why not use ATItool, which easily lets you overclock in 3D only if you want to and also lets you see the GPU temperature on the taskbar?

Yes, in Radlinker, if you create a radlink and set OC settings within the radlink, your card will switch to those settings only while the program is running.

That's what's great about Radlink, not all games will be able to cope with the same overclock. Gives you much more flexibility.
